Headquartered in Borgo San Lorenzo, Tuscany, Eli-Dent is the trusted supplier of a number of leading dental bands, pharmaceutical products and small equipment to over 7,000 dental customers across Italy.

The acquisition complements and broadens DD’s existing capabilities in continental Europe, offering significant synergies and value creation opportunities. The Italian dental distribution market is estimated to be worth well in excess of €1 billion, and with this acquisition, DD Group is now a significant player in the four largest economies in Europe: UK, France, Germany and Italy.
