This International Women in Engineering Day 2024, we showcased a small percentage of the exception women we have in of Engineering team.
According to The Engineering Workforce Engineering UK 2022 Report, the percentage of women in engineering across the UK has risen from 10.5% (2010) to 16.5% (2021).
At DD we make full use of our Blackpool training academy, where not only our Field Service Engineers are kept update to date from a training perspective, but also the Engineering Service Schedulers, ensuring when they take a call from a customer they have as much knowledge as possible to serve our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We also reached out to our two female Engineers and two female Engineering Service Schedulers, to find out more from them.
