This strategic move marks a significant milestone for both organisations and reinforces DD’s commitment to growth and innovation.
The acquisition of DMI brings together the industry expertise of two long- established dental products, equipment, and services providers, offering significant potential for synergies between the two businesses and expert support to their combined customer base.
DMI is a leading Irish distributor of dental products and equipment, as well as providing related engineering services with a long-standing reputation for excellence. Headquartered in Dublin, the business services over 2,000 customers across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with a focus on providing a comprehensive range of dental surgery services including consumables, equipment, and engineering support.
