Using twist-lock assembly methods, the Ultra Safety Plus Twist is designed to be put together securely and quickly, with a blue handle which can be sanitised. After the syringe is assembled, the needle cap can be removed and the syringe is ready for use. Before and after use, the needle is covered by a protective plastic sheath, which provides another layer of safety when handling.

IMPORTANT! - Twist needle/syringes are incompatible with old BLACK or WHITE handles. Handles for Twist are BLUE or WHITE. If it doesn't say TWIST on the handle - do not use it with Twist syringes. Likewise, do not use Twist handles with the old non-twist Ultra Safety Plus.

How do I assemble my Ultra Safety Plus Twist?

Tear the sterile packaging in the middle, grip the barrel of your syringe and insert the cartridge. Then, with your steralisable handle, slide the o-ring fully backwards, aligning the pins on the barrel with the notches on the handle. Then slide the o-ring barrel into the cartridge's open end and lock. Fin\lly, you can slide the protective sheath back, lock it against the o-ring handle, and lock it. Now you can remove the needle cap and use the syringe.
