These are disposable aspirating and self-aspirating syringes with pre-fitted needles and robust locking systems. Each needle comes in sterile packaging, encased in plastic. To assemble your syringe, you first open the packaging, then you insert the cartridge into the syringe's open end, you slide the O-ring handle fully backwards, and insert, twist, and lock the o-ring plunger handle. Finally, you slide the protective sheath back toward the handle and lock it, and remove your needle cap.

IMPORTANT! - Twist needle/syringes are incompatible with old BLACK or WHITE handles. Handles for Twist are BLUE or WHITE. If it doesn't say TWIST on the handle - do not use it with Twist syringes. Likewise, do not use Twist handles with the old non-twist Ultra Safety Plus.
